This is a photo I took long long time ago, when I was still studying. Carlton Park was the place where I often used to visit when I was going through an academic meltdown...or simply going out for a walk during the break. This park was my witness...the trees were listening and watching me cry at those times when my professor told me it's better to throw away my essay in the rubbish as it wasn't worth reading at all. The trees were watching over me when I was so happy when my grade boosted up from H3 to H1 after spending insane hours in front of the desk. The park knows me very well. The trees are my witness. I'm happy I have this place.
Last Saturday I attended one of the beautiful weddings I had ever been to. The wedding took place at Yarra Valley situated about an hour drive east of Melbourne CBD. The place was truly magical with its stunning Chapel (soaring ceilings, stained glass windows!) and Dairy and Barn. I was fascinated by the acres of manicured lawn across the entire place. 
She's in a merry mood!
We have new flowers at home from yesterday. The flowers look similar to violet but after looking up on the net I realised the leaves quite don't match with the violets. Sorry your *mom* hasn't yet identified who you are exactly, but you sure are a beauty! Again I just bathed them in the cold water and fed them with a block sugar ..boy am I spoiling them or what. The florist usally provide us with their "food" (flowers preservatives) when we purchase them but this time I didn't get any; or she forgot, so I managed to make my own.

Here are the tips to pursue happiness from the person who I most love and trust. Some people might say, "that's cool, but it's easier said than done." I used to be one of them. At times I was playing the hypocrite and acted as if I believed all the messages that were full of hope and inspiration....but something deep down on the inside always hesitated to fully accept the positive messages. Life isn't always rosy, there may be more cloudy days and rainy days than the sunshine. Just like the Melbourne weather, ha! Well, though life can be pretty tough at times, there's always an option for us to choose from. When a situation hits rock bottom, I can continue on believing that it will go down or believe that it will rise again. Having a faith and stretching for hope need a heck of an energy; and you need to be courageous to continue to strive for them, but really, what can be scarier than giving up or entirely losing hope.
I believe that flowers are responder. Generally it is said that flowers rely on sunshine and water (rain) to survive; but I have to add another important thing for them to respond. It is affection. When the flowers receive all three of them, they respond by blossoming into gorgeous beauty. I had been feeding my dear flowers everyday with cold water with a cube of sugar mixed inside. When I change water, I take them out one by one from a vase and gently wash the stem of each flower. They are very quiet, but really, more you love them they will respond to you by blossoming into a beauty. My babies are in a good condition for two weeks now.
My good friend from high school just gave birth to a healthy baby boy. He arrived on the 22nd November. Japanese love developing a way of using numbers as words, which in turn means that many dates take on special meaning for Japanese people. For instance, November 22 can be read as "ii fuufu" in Japanese which means a "good couple". A lot of people actually follow this superstition and believe that getting married on this particular date will not only bring good luck to the couple, but also make them a very special couple.
